Terms of Service for Forkers
Effective date: September 12, 2026
By downloading, installing, or using the Forkers app, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy.
License
Your use of the Forkers app is governed by Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to all apps distributed through the App Store unless a developer provides their own custom terms. You can read the full text of that agreement here: Apple's Standard EULA .
Using Forkers
Forkers connects diners with last-minute restaurant tables, and restaurant partners with diners. You agree to use the app respectfully — this includes not posting false or misleading table listings, not harassing other users in group chats, and not attempting to circumvent any purchase, blocking, or reporting features built into the app.
Accounts
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from your profile screen.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the effective date above if changes are made.

Forkersのご利用について
Forkersは、直前で空いたレストランの席を探すダイナーと、飲食店パートナーをつなぐサービスです。お客様は、 本アプリを節度を持ってご利用いただくことに同意するものとします。これには、虚偽または誤解を招く席の掲載 を行わないこと、グループチャットで他のユーザーに嫌がらせをしないこと、アプリに組み込まれた購入・ブロッ ク・通報機能を回避しようとしないことが含まれます。
アカウント
お客様は、ご自身のアカウントのセキュリティを維持する責任を負うものとします。プロフィール画面から いつでもアカウントおよび関連データを削除できます。
変更について
当社は本規約を随時更新することがあります。変更があった場合は、上記の施行日を更新します。
